Huangshan Huaneng Petrochemical Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly Yangzhou Petrochemical Machinery Factory), founded in 1972, is a state-owned enterprise appointed by the Ministry of Petroleum to produce "three hoisting and one card" drilling and workover tools. In 2006, the enterprise was restructured and renamed Yangzhou Huaneng Petrochemical Machinery Co., Ltd., referred to as "Yangshi Machinery".Due to the need of production expansion, the production base was relocated to Huangshan, Anhui Province in 2016, and renamed Huangshan Huaneng Petrochemical Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2020.
