Two-layer platform and manipulator
The two-layer platform and manipulator are installed on the workover rig with compactstructure.lt is driven by a servo motor, controlled by PLC program and combined with varioussensor units, and operates the relevant buttons in the driller's room to complete the automaticsupporting pipe column action of "from the wellhead to the finger beam" and "from the fingerbeam to the welhead". With the hydraulic turning lifting card, it can realize unmanned operationof the second layer platform of the workover rig.t is driven by electricity, and the manipulator isinstalled below the monkey way of the two-layer platform,When there is a sudden fault, themanipulator shall not have an accidental action, so as to facilitate the recovery to the manualoperation mode.
